First off, I'd like to recognize Cody for his awesome customer service. Went to another green shop, let's just say they wanted to sell me the most expensive thing they could get me in. I've failed to quit smoking many times but Cody got me on to a vape, got me to quit fully! Half the price of what I was going to. Great place to go.

Ive been a regular customer of bang bang vapes for a few years now and I wont visit any other vape shop in town! Their products are the best Ive found across town and Ive tried just about every other shop. Every single person who works there has always been so friendly and welcoming, Kelly and Nancy are the absolute sweetest and they bring such a fun vibe to the store! Ive never had a negative experience at Bang Bang and I def recommend them to everyone!

I've always loved this vape shop! Been shopping here for years. I have been to hundreds of vape shops from Texas all the way to Washington, and this one is by far the best one that I have been to. The owners, Katy and Stephen are amazing people that are willing to explain anything you want to know in vivid detail. I go stock up on e-juice every two weeks, and the past few times that I have been, Katy and Stephen haven't been the ones working, but they did a magnificent job of picking employees to work for them. The girls and occasional guys that work in there are also very helpful, kind and very friendly. I honestly will never buy my e-juice or supplies from any of the other choices in vape shops, till death do us part!

The service here is the best I've received in Amarillo. I had several problems with an old tank and the staff walked me through how to care for my new one and made sure I was ready to go. I will be coming back and recommending them to all.

I got a bad ass water pipe here on Black Friday. Prices are a little high but they'll have a nice variety so that's really nice.

Great service and products super fast delivery wasn't even 24hrs

I came in around 11 - 11:15 am, I work manual labor so it's hard for me to smile and that's exactly what he made me do when I came in!!! I was treated with amazing customer service and he was very friendly and outgoing and asked me if I needed help on a selection and the selection that he recommended me was exactly what I was looking for so I bought what he recommended, I've been to every other smoke shop in Amarillo until I tried this one today, will definitely never be going to another smoke shop here in Amarillo because of the customer service and really cheap prices, will definitely be returning and thank you very much to the guy is working alone today oh, we'll be coming back just because of how helpful he was!!!!

11/24/2017-I've ordered online from Bang Bang Vapes at least 5 or more times since I first visited their store at the beginning of the year. There may have been a glitch at some point but they have quickly resolved it. Customer service and liquids have always been wonderful and I will continue ordering my juice from them. Was treated like I was an old friend on the very first time I ever went in. I love the fact that they had sample barrels out of each flavor. My only minor complaint is that the shop is not wheelchair accessible.

I have been having trouble with the Aspire Atlantis, they were going out in less than two days. I stopped in to Bang Bang and she got me a Clapton, I think that is what it was called, and it is still going after a week. Yay! Thanks Bang Bang!!
